Blog Update January 05 2023

Starting on January 2023, I regret to inform all visitors, All PCSX2 codes will no longer be distributed via PNACH file format after the blog rebuild, all codes in this blog will only be displayed via online forms on read-only mode as it came to my attention that all the contents and posts of this blog or literally the whole blog has been scraped along with all of the memory card files without my permission or knowledge, also, the copy and paste functions will be disabled on all forms in the future, so visitors should just copy the codes they only really need, I know it's inconvenient for visitors and a very selfish decision on my part, but I'm getting sick and tired of people who are too lazy to create their own website content scraping my works and taking credit for it, it's fine to share the codes, but re uploading the PNACH files without even removing my signature on it nor redirecting where they got it from is unacceptable, so as a result, request access to copy paste codes will not be entertained so don't waste your time sending me those requests, I'll provide a different method on a later date on how you can report non working or request codes as I'm not planning to re enable the comment feature on this blog due to massive message spamming. Comments will usually get a response during Sundays. Comments not related to code requests and non working code reports will be ignored. Thank you

March 25, 2023 Update - Visitors can now contact me on PCSX2 Forums via private messaging, like I said above, all messages will usually get a reply during Sundays only, support will be provided via English and Tagalog languages only, yes, you've read it right, kung taga Pilipinas ka at hirap kang mag ingles pwede ka ring mag tagalog,  only reports regarding non working codes and codes request will be entertained.

How To Set Up Memory Cards On PCSX2

HOW TO SET UP THE MEMORY CARDS ON PCSX2

 1. Extract the compressed memory card file that you have downloaded using Winrar or any compression software that you are using if you're using Winrar, right click and choose "Extract Here" and the folder with the memory card should appear above.

2. Place the extracted memory card file inside your PCSX2 "memcards" folder

3. After placing the memory card in the folder, open the PCSX2 application, go to config and select Memory Cards

4. Select the memory card that you have downloaded from the list, and choose the "Insert" button, (if there are memory cards inserted in both slots, right click any of the two memory cards and select "Eject Card" before inserting the downloaded memory card.)

5. Select one of the two empty card slots, in this case I chose slot 1, after determining the slot that you want to use, choose "OK"

6. The Memory card is now inserted in Memory Card Slot 1, Choose "OK" to exit the memory card config window. Now the memory card has been set up and you’re good to go.

Note: If the save data did not work for you after doing the steps above, most likely you are using a different game region which is not compatible for the save data, check your game region beforehand if it's compatible with the save data before downloading the memory card file.

PCSX2 PNACH Cheat Collection

Finally, after overcoming my laziness that prevents me from putting something on this blog, I'm presenting to you people my exclusive PCSX2 Cheats Collection I have made so far, in here, you can find cheats for hundreds or thousands (hopefully in the future) of game titles ready for use with the PCSX2 emulator, just search your game cheat, copy the codes on a text document application, place it in your cheats folder and you're all set.

Here are a few samples of cheats in effect using one of the cheat files included in the link.

                                                Final Fantasy X-2 All Items

                     Fatal Frame II - Crimson Butterfly All and Infinite Items

this compilation is regularly updated but unfortunately some of the cheats are not yet 100% tested, In my free time I'm adding some more titles in it or by request so If the cheat code that you copied is not working properly or what you're looking for is not included in the list, please leave a comment below and I'll get it done when I have some time to spare.

If you're a first time user, I also included  the instructions on how to use the codes on this blog which is written below, give it a read and you'll get the hang of using these cheat codes.

That's all from me....for now. Happy PCSX2 Cheating and abuse the power!! Later!

Current Total Number of Cheats Available Within The Link: 221

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMPORTANT: Read The Instructions Below If This Is The First Time You're Using PCSX2 PNACH Files, I Will Not Entertain Questions That Already Have A Solution Which Can Be Found From The Guide Below. When Making A Cheat Request or Reporting a Non Working Cheat, Please Provide The Game Region and The Game CRC of Your Game So We Can Resolve The Problem Real Fast. Thank You.

How To Use The PNACH Codes Copied From This Blog

1. First of all, copy the codes on a text application such as the "Notepad" application.

2. After copying the codes on the Notepad Application, Go to "File", Then Click "Save As" and rename the text document with your chosen game's eight digit CRC value and add .pnach as it's file extension.

Example - 4E63E63C.pnach

After naming the file with this format, click save

 After successfully creating the file, just place it inside your PCSX2 cheats folder then go to the PCSX2 GUI’s system tab and check “Enable Cheats”

If the codes that you have copied does not have a game CRC value included in the document please proceed to the next step

3. If the code compilation does not have a game CRC value included in the document head, do the following, boot your game, then while your game is running, view the PCSX2’s log window and from there, highlight, copy and paste your game CRC value displayed on the PCSX2 log window replacing the file name of the PNACH cheat file that you are using. (Click To Enlarge The Image If It's Too Small To View.)

then after that, put the file in the PCSX2 cheats folder, once the file is inside the folder, at the PCSX2 window, go to "System" and Check "Enable Cheats" everything should be working fine after that. Just make sure that you know which version/region of the game that  you have in your possession, example are NTSC UC for US version games, PAL for Europe Version Games, and NTSC J for Japanese region games. because the cheats only works on a specific game region/version only.

4. How to Enable/Disable a certain cheat
 - if you don’t want to use all of the activated cheats at once, you can also select the preferred cheats that you want activated in the game just like this:

Open the cheat file of your game using the Notepad application, once opened, you can enable/disable the cheat that you want by following this format, look at the example below:

EXAMPLE OF AN ACTIVATED AND DISABLED CHEAT:

THIS IS THE EXAMPLE OF AN ACTIVATED CODE

//Infinite Health
patch=1,EE,202E0DB8,extended,00002710

AND THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF A DISABLED CODE

//Infinite Health
//patch=1,EE,202E0DB8,extended,00002710

Just put one or two slash lines before the word patch and then go to "File" and then click "Save" in your notepad before playing your game if you want to activate the code again, just remove the slash lines and then go to file then click "save" again to save the changes in your notepad application and then reboot or reset the emulator to apply the changes when playing your game.

END OF GUIDE

NOTICE: Most of the PNACH Codes are not yet fully tested before they were added due to my lack of time to play video games, so if there are any non working cheats from this blog that you might discover please post your report on the comments below and I'll fix it in my spare time.

EPSXE Memory Card Save File Collection Archive Page

 As promised from my initial post, I'll be posting some of my complete memory card save file sets I compiled while I'm exploiting the EPSXE emulator, the set of save files contained in the link provided below consists of 100% complete save data for several games in one memory card attachment and full play through save data for single games mostly for RPG games compiled in multiple memory card sets, so before using these virtual memory cards, please check the game region of the game that you are playing to ensure save file compatibility. I'll be posting more memory card save files once I have done compiling them. Enjoy!
